Okay…lets face it…a healthy vaginal usually has some sort of smell *even if – to you – it may smell neutral, to another – it may have a certain smell. Now, here are certain points to take note of,

* If your vaginal smell musky, its probably as a result of sweating and physical stress – e.g exercise. Take your bathe.

* If it smells like bleach/ chlorine, its probably ‘coz of the lubricant you used during sex, condom use can also cause this. No pee, nothing to worry about

* If it smells fishy, you probably got BV (Bacteria Vaginosis), if you got greenish discharge plus foul odour – its probably trichomoniasis. See your doctor.

* If it smells like bread plus a discharge that looks like cottage cheese, you probably got yeast infection

* Everything you eat and drink has got effect on the taste and smell of your vaginal. Generally, whatever has a strong smell makes it smell bad, if it smells sweet, you’re up for a sweet smelling vaginal. Pineapple,Oranges and Grapefruit – for instance – could make it taste nice while Coffee,Alcohol,Onions and Garlic could have your vajayjay smellin’ awful…hmmm…

In addition to all these, always make sure U don’t wear too tight fitting undies or trousers, your vajayjay needs to breathe, a sweaty vaginal is a bacteria hub. Plus, always take yoghurt, it helps the build up of “good bacterium”(Vaginal’s Defence Mechanism)down there…also, if you observe a strong smell that doesn’t seem to go away within 2 days(despite increased fluid intake),see a doctor.

Lest I forget, ladies – you need not wear your panties to bed, U need that place smelling fresh at all times, always let it breathe sweeties…*winks*…

EVERY WOMAN NEEDS THIS INFO, BOOST THIS POST BY SHARING IT…

Thanks…

Hafeez Oyetoro a.k.a Saka

How far have you gone with your Ph.D programme at the University of Ibadan (UI)?

I am still on it. This is my second year. I am currently doing some field work. I hope to round off the field work by the end of this year. Afterwards, I will start writing.

How are you combining it with your tight schedule?

Everybody knows what he wants in life. You have to create time to do all the things you want to do and that is why everyone must be good in managing his or her time. Definitely, scale of preference will come in. No one has time to combine many necessary and important things but one has to create time to achieve one’s dream.

You did an advert for Etisalat and all of a sudden, you switched over to MTN. Why did you switch from Etisalat to MTN?

I will not want to say anything about that for now. Please, do not let us go there. It is no go area now.

You have participated in many adverts and television programmes. You were involved in ‘Back To Root’ on NTA; you did an advert for NNPC, Etisalat and now MTN. How do you feel about your rising profile?

Back to root on NTA is a national programme which was done about three or four years ago. I was not the only person that did it. I was one of the least persons in that programme because there were many people that participated in it. We have superstars, the super super-stars. I was one of the little guys there. It is just a television programme which has nothing to do with whether I am a celebrity or not. I was still a young person as at that time.

Contrary to your perception of yourself, people see you as a super super star.

My brother, I still have a long way to go. You know I am a lecturer, a simple civil servant who is trying to make it in the entertainment industry. I only practice what I teach as a lecturer in Theatre Arts at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education. I practice a little bit of it outside in order to enhance my teaching methodology. I still have a long way to go. I am still pursuing a Ph.D programme. I am not as popular as you are portraying me.

But this day, everyone wants you to feature in their productions, especially adverts. So, don’t you think you are qualified to be in the super superstar class?

As far as that is concerned, to God be the glory. It is the grace of God. It is not me but the grace of God. There are still other people better than I who have not received that grace and I pray for such people too. As you are talking to me, you are a superstar. Once you are able to do things in your own field very well, you are a superstar. Mr. Adesina, in your own right as a reporter and writer, you are a superstar too. It is just in Nigeria that we give some special emphasis to some people. Once you are able to do what you are doing very well and you are known for it, then you are a superstar. But for me, I am still struggling and striving.

How are you coping with your rising status?

I am an average Nigerian, a simple average lecturer who goes about in my small car and it doesn’t take so much from me, unlike the superstar who will hide and hide. I go where I go now without policemen escorting me. Like I told you, I am still moving up. Maybe when I become the so-called superstar, I will need all those things. But to the glory of God, I am growing; things are working well for me. I am teaching well. I am super in what I teach. I thank God for that.

Do you intend crossing to the university as a lecturer later?

For now, I am satisfied where I am. The essence of getting more knowledge is to be able to add more value to your immediate environment. If Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, where I teach now, gives me the opportunity to go and learn more, when I come back, I think it is my responsibility to first and foremost add more value to the college that has done so much for me. I will like to come back and add more value to the community that has brought me up.

But what about progress, being a professor which you can only attain in the university?

When I am ready to do that, I will go further; maybe go to a university to avail myself of the opportunities there but for now, my immediate target is to get a Ph.D, go back to the college, and add more value to the college. I don’t want to grow too old before I retire. I want to retire when I am still at a productive stage. If by next year or two years, I have my PhD and I practice for like three years, I can retire and become an educational/production consultant. I really want to be productive to myself and the society at large.

Are you going to continue combining acting and lecturing?

Acting and teaching are almost the same thing. Teaching is a formal style of acting, acting is an informal style of teaching. They are related. When you are teaching you are acting, you are performing, imparting knowledge in a formal manner. It doesn’t really take so much from me because that is what I learn and that is what I have been doing over a long period.

How many awards have you received?

About 25 for now, about four of them are international awards. There are many other nominations that I can’t remember now. You can now understand why I said that I am just coming up, going by the few awards that I have received compared to other actors and actresses who have received about 100 or more.

What went into that good performance in the MTN advert?

I don’t want to say anything about MTN.

I mean you acting as a musician?

I am just an actor. An actor will mimic professor, doctor; an average actor knows something about almost everything. As far as I am concerned, a performance is a performance and I have been trained. I am a trained actor.

During our last chat, you talked so much about how poverty dealt with you, how is life now?

My brother, to the Glory of God, level don they change. Let me put it like that. I believe that in the nearest future, level will finally change. But for now, level don dey change. I have murdered poverty and God in his infinite mercy murdered poverty for me.

What is the definition of level don dey change?

Comfort. Like the so-called superstar that we are talking about. It takes so long to be satisfied with what you want in life. Even the Dangotes of this world are still looking for more level to change. Unlike before, I was not married, I did not have children, I really struggled as a student but today, I am married, I have a job as a lecturer, I have about three degrees and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D programme. That means that level don dey change. Maybe when I have my Ph.D and become a professor, level don change be that.

What was your turning point?

Haa, let me tell you, it is a combination of all the hard work, to the glory of God and the power of the Almighty God who has given me the grace. God’s grace is the turning point. What I am doing is acceptable. For instance, Gbenga Windapo, my friend and my HOD wrote and created House Apart where the character was Saka and Sule. That was when the issue of Saka was created. That was about 2005 or so. It came out and people liked it. But we started with Area C where I played Sergeant Dudu. I have done many live performances in one man show of about two-hour packages. This I did for many years across Nigeria before I finally came to Lagos and got involved in television shows. I did both Yoruba and English shows. These performances were very challenging. To the glory of God, God has given me the grace to play my part in a way that people love it. It is just the grace of God that you do something and people will like it. It is that grace of God that dropped into my life and made people to notice what I have been doing all this while.

How many years have you been acting?

About 25 years.

What is your advice to the upcoming actors and actresses on how to be successful in the entertainment industry?

First, identify your potential. Don’t just go into acting because other people are doing it. If you don’t have the talent, forget it. Once you have been able to identify your talent, go for training. In the process of training, save it very well, endure it, work very hard and take God as the pillar at every step. Talent, training and God are equal to success.

Do you have time for your family?

I don’t joke with my family. Yes, it is true that sometimes, I travel and spend like three days. At times, I travel out of the country for production or conference. Sometimes, I spend like three weeks. But since I got married, I have been very close to my family. I appreciate them because they are supporting me and I have a woman who actually handles my house. She has actually turned my house into a home. I don’t joke with my family.

Any message for your fans?

Thank you very much, I love you all, I thank you for your support and the privileges you are giving me. I thank you for allowing the grace of God radiating through me to affect you. I pray that God will grant you everything that you desire in life.

Governor Uduaghan while commissioning the NEPAL Tank Farm and Private Jetty at Oghara at the weekend, said: ”Delta state is now recognised as destination for investors and it shows that what we are doing is being recognised,” the Governor said, assuring, “government will always ensure that there is adequate infrastructure to encourage investment in the state.”

Dr. Uduaghan said his administration will no longer condone any unhealthy youth activity in the state, urging youths in the state to instead to tap into government programmes by engaging in positive activities, adding, “We will no longer tolerate youths restiveness in the state.”

The Governor disclosed that due to the restive nature of Oghara youths, all “youth activities have been banned in the community till further notice,” adding that investors should give priority attention to their corporate social responsibility especially giving employment to the youths of their host communities.

He emphasised that the “Delta Beyond Oil” programme was aimed at making the state investors haven where the people of the state would be gainfully employed, stating that there are good network of roads, rivers, electricity, among other facilities that boosts investments.

Governor Uduaghan observed that Oghara is a blessed town that has a lot of companies operating in the area noting that apart from the town being conducive for investments, ”The most modern hospital in Nigeria today is in Oghara.”

He also stated that his administration was working in conjunction with the Federal Government to dredge some major rivers in the state.

Earlier, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited, Mrs. Ngozi Ekeoma said that the commissioning was a celebration of hope, resilience and faithfulness of God.

She used the occasion to call on the Federal Government to “totally deregulate the downstream sector in order to provide a level playing ground for all industry stakeholders,” and commended Governor Uduaghan’s administration for creating the enabling environment for investment to thrive.

“For obvious reasons, Oghara has become an investment hub and will soon emerge as an industrial cluster, it has really become attractive to investors in the downstream sector,” Mrs. Ekeoma said.

Oyawande stars notable acts such as Muyideen Oladapo, Sanyeri,Golugo,Suara, Araba Yemi Elebuibon and a long list of others is directed by Muyideen Oladapo.

According to Oyinkan,” Oyawande” is a simple traditional story that treats the old concept of traditional value, romance, strength of the deities and how it affects our day to day lifestyle and issues. “we neglect of our cultural values and norms yet we wonder why things go wrong, some families are spiritually empowered to solve regular human problems, but modern lifestyle and the adoption of foreign beliefs have affected our ability to carry out such functions”.

The Federal University of Thechnology Akure graduate told Metronews that her exposure to the cultural and traditional practice of her father,Chief Yemi Elebuibon, opened her eyes to a lot of things and that really inspired the story of Oyawande.”you need to watch the movie to see how our cultural story can be simply told”.

Oyanwande marketed by Almaroof Standard Investment, is Oyinkan’s first movie as a producer but she has taken part in various movies and is a famous face on Odua Television on Startimes.

Call it a victory lap across America. Call it a shameless promotion for a controversial energy agenda. Its owners simply call it Solar Impulse. It’s the first manned plane to fly for 24 hours on nothing but solar-powered batteries. That’s right — we’re talking about a sun-powered plane that can fly at night. “Theoretically,” said its pilot, Bertrand Piccard, “the plane can fly forever.” The Swiss-made Solar Impulse is in the middle of a U.S. tour this month, flying five legs from California to New York. In 2015, Piccard and his co-pilot, Andre Borschberg, hope to make the next generation of Solar Impulse the first solar-powered plane to circle the globe. It’s a lofty goal for this funny-looking, slow and unwieldy design — with one main wheel, a tiny cockpit and no toilet. It’s made of revolutionary lightweight materials and its solar cells are built in as part of the wings. Basically, it’s a giant flying solar cell.

Circling the globe is only part of the plan. The mission also includes an environmental agenda aimed at promoting the use of green technology and renewable energy sources such as the sun and the wind. We caught up with Piccard on the phone at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, where he landed after flying the first 18-hour, 650-mile leg of Solar Impulse’s journey from Mountain View, California. As a safety precaution, Piccard reportedly had to circle the airport to wait for officials to suspend commercial flight operations for his landing. Turbulence poses the biggest danger when piloting Solar Impulse, Piccard said. While flying near San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, he said, he experienced some of the worst turbulence since he started flying the aircraft in Europe several years ago. Related video: Watch Solar Impulse in motion Even with the aircraft’s lumbering 43-mph cruising speed, Piccard “was really fighting hard to keep the plane on track,” he said. Flying through clouds and near mountains, he said, offers the biggest potential for turbulence. He keeps a parachute handy for a worst-case scenario, which he said is unlikely. The men At age 54, Piccard is a bona fide adventurer — with world records to prove it. Decades after pioneering ultralight aircraft in the 1970s, Piccard and his colleague Brian Jones were the first to circle the earth nonstop in a balloon in 1999. Their gondola is displayed at the Smithsonian. Breaking barriers is a Piccard family tradition. His grandfather explored the stratosphere in a pressurized chamber carried by a balloon. Ten miles high, he was the first human to see the curvature of the planet with his own eyes. Piccard’s father plumbed the Pacific, taking a special submarine to a record-setting depth of nearly 7 miles. “I was deeply influenced by them,” he said. “Each of my adventures is a way to pay tribute to everything they’ve showed me and taught me and initiated me to do.” Oh, and on a random note, Piccard is a respected psychiatrist with a recognized expertise in hypnosis. Borschberg, 60, came to the project with more than two decades as a Swiss Air Force fighter pilot. It was Borschberg who was in the cockpit during the Solar Impulse’s 24-hour flight. The machine This beautiful example of elegant engineering looks like a giant goose. Its wings are huge: 208 feet — that’s wider than a Boeing 747. A 747′s maximum takeoff weight is 833,000 pounds. This plane weighs only 3,500 pounds — about the same as a Honda CR-V. Its batteries are able to store enough energy from the sun during the day to power the aircraft throughout the night. And what happens in the cockpit when nature calls? Piccard, always the gentleman, explained it like this: When the plane takes off, “you have full bottles of water on the right side and empty bottles on the left side,” he said. “And when you land, it’s the other way around.” In 2012, Solar Impulse flew from Spain to Morocco, making it the first manned sun-powered plane to fly to another continent. But it won’t be the first solar aircraft to soar the entire width of the United States. The Sunseeker I, piloted by Eric Raymond, crossed the nation in 21 legs back in 1990. Four years earlier, Burt Rutan and Jeana Yeager flew a fossil fuel-powered plane, the Voyager, around the world nonstop without refueling. But it’s never been done with a solar-powered aircraft — so far. The mission The Solar Impulse project’s goals amount to more than breaking records and making history. The group hopes to change minds and influence future generations. With each stop on their itinerary, Piccard and Borschberg bring with them a message: Use technology that saves energy and support government-mandated targets for creating electricity from renewable sources. Many U.S. states have passed legislation calling on utilities to generate specific percentages of their electricity from renewables — wind, water, solar or others — by a certain date. Supporters say such regulations will cut pollution caused by burning fossil fuels. Opponents say it will drive energy prices higher. The Obama administration has opened millions of acres of public land to be used by private companies for giant solar power farms. What does the future of solar-powered transportation look like? As more consumers buy electric-powered cars, more vehicle charging stations are popping up which are powered by the sun. But a commercially viable solar-powered car, experts say, is still very far down the road. And many engineers say the development of a solar-powered airliner is very unlikely because they don’t believe it’s possible to build an onboard system that can produce the massive amounts of energy required. A few tinkerers are coming up with solar-powered scooters and pedal vehicles, like the Elf trike being sold in North Carolina. Development of Solar Impulse may contribute to better designs of “long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicles,” as the Pentagon calls them. Engineers are developing giant solar-powered flying wings that are remote-controlled and designed to remain aloft at high altitudes for weeks, months, or even years — nonstop. Such machines could be used for scientific research or surveillance, or as relay stations to transmit communication signals across long distances. Piccard and Borschberg are looking forward to a future that includes more solar power. In the meantime, they’ll be focusing on their plan to circle the globe and their current journey across America. That will include a stop in St. Louis, the hometown of aviation icon Charles Lindbergh. “I think we share the same spirit,” Piccard said of Lindbergh, the first pilot to solo across the Atlantic. Global excitement from that 1927 flight sparked the beginning of a “new cycle,” Piccard said, which led to the international airline industry we enjoy today. Piccard hopes Solar Impulse will start a similar cycle that will lead to unimaginable new dimensions in the development of technology.
